Device Buyback & Trade-In
When you submit a device for buyback or trade-in, you represent and agree that:
- You are the lawful owner of the device (or are authorized to sell it) and it has not been reported lost or stolen.
- Any quote or offer is preliminary and is subject to physical inspection. If a device's condition, model, or functionality differs from what was described, we will revise the offer and notify you before any payment is issued.
- You are responsible for removing any account locks (e.g. Activation Lock, Google FRP) and for backing up your data before shipping.
- You consent to secure data erasure of all submitted devices to NIST 800-88 standards. Once a device is wiped, data cannot be recovered.
- Title to an accepted device transfers to Refreshed Tech upon issuance of payment.
Refunds & Returns
For devices you purchase from us, contact support@refreshedtech.com within the return window stated at the time of sale to request a return or refund. For devices you sell to us, once payment has been issued and the device has been wiped and processed, the transaction is final. If you decline a revised buyback offer, we will return your device to you at no cost.
SMS Messaging Terms
By texting the keywords DEALS or JOIN to +1 (260) 829-3554, you agree to receive recurring promotional SMS text messages from Refreshed Tech. These messages may include exclusive discount codes and special offers for use on Whatnot.
